Step 1

Visit our quick order page where you will find a variety of different envelopes to choose from. From standard sizes to specific texture and colours, filter down to exactly what you are looking for.
Step 2
Select quantity & Print
Once you’ve chosen your envelope, You then want to select the required quantity for you job. NOTICE YOUR TOTAL PRICE WILL UPDATE BASED ON YOUR QUANTITY SELECTED. Then select from the different variations available for that envelope. Notice the price per M will update based on your selections. After you’ve found the perfect match, select from the available print optionS. THE PRINT PRICE IS SHOWN BASED ON YOUR SELECTION AND ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT.
Step 3
UPLOAD PRINT READY PDF
ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR ENVELOPES AND PRINT OPTION, YOU ARE READY TO UPLOAD YOUR PRINT READY PDF. YOU CAN DRAG AND DROP YOUR FILE OR BROWSE FOR THE FILE FROM THE UPLOAD SECTION. BE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR FILE FOR SPELLING AND COLOURS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT. WE ONLY ACCEPT PDF FILES AND THE MAX SIZE FOR YOUR UPLOAD IS 2 MB. YOU MAY UPLOAD A MAXIMUM OF 2 PDF FILES. ONCE UPLOADED, REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE SERVICE DISCLAIMER. ONCE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR SELECTIONS, SCROLL UP AND ADD TO CART.
Step 4
Verify & Checkout
View your cart to verify your selections on the order. Validate your quantity, print selection and total is accurate. Once you proceed to check out, validate your billing a shipping information and share any additional order details as needed. Enter your payment details and place your order.
Step 5
Confirm & Approve proof
Our team will review each detail once you’ve placed your order. We will then email you a digital proof to confirm what we have, matches what you have submitted. this is when our team will share any questions or concerns regarding your order. This is a final verification of your order. Once you reply with your final approval the order will move to production. Once your order is complete, we will send you confirmation invoice for your records.

SUBMIT QUOTE FORM
USE OUR QUOTE REQUEST FORM TO SHARE DETAILS REGARDING THE JOB. LET US KNOW THE TYPE OF JOB, ENVELOPE SIZE, NUMBER OF ENVELOPES, COLOURS, ETC. THE MORE DETAILS YOU SHARE, THE MORE ACCURATE AND QUICKER THE QUOTE WILL BE. OR IF YOU’RE NOT SURE, THATS OK TOO! JUST TELL US YOU’RE NOT SURE AND WE CAN WORK IT OUT TOGETHER.

VERIFY THE FINE DETAILS
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE REQUEST, OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW THE DETAILS AND EMAIL YOU WITH A QUOTE. IF MORE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, OUR TEAM WILL REACH OUT WITH QUESTIONS AROUND THE FINE DETAILS OR SHARE WITH YOU THE QUICKEST AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE METHOD TO GET THE JOB DONE.

SUBMIT ARTWORK
ONCE SATISFIED WITH THE QUOTE AND METHOD, YOU CAN SUBMIT US YOUR ARTWORK. OUR TEAM WILL SUGGEST ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE, TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY FINAL PRODUCT. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH CREATING YOUR ARTWORK, WE CAN BUILD THAT INTO THE QUOTE AS WELL.
Step 4
APPROVE PROOF
ONCE YOUR FINAL ARTWORK IS SUBMITTED WE WILL SEND YOU A DIGITAL PROOF AND ORDER CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR APPROVAL. BE SURE TO REVIEW IT THOROUGHLY FOR ACCURACY. IF ALL LOOKS GOOD, REPLY BACK WITH YOUR APPROVAL AND WE’LL MOVE YOUR ORDER INTO PRODUCTION. WE WILL GIVE YOU AND ESTIMATED LEAD TIME FOR WHEN YOU SHOULD EXPECT THE JOB TO BE COMPLETE.
