What does 1/0 mean vs 1/1?

The numbers refer to the number of colours you want printed. The slash notes how may sides you want printed.
As an example, 1/0 means you want to print 1 colour on 1 side of the envelope.
1/1 means that you want to print 1 colour on both the front and the back of the envelope.
Selecting 4 colours means that we use a combination of CMYK to make the colours on your image.

What type of file formats are acceptable?

We require a print ready PDF file of the envelope you’d like printed.
Be sure to use the template size of the envelope that you are requesting.
If we need to adjust the template file size, the image position may vary slightly from what you submitted.
The resolution of all images on the file need to be a minimum on 300 DPI.
We will send you a digital proof for you to approve before we print.

Do I need to send my fonts as well?

No, you should flatten your image before sending it to us (unless we are assisting with the design layout).

What if i’m not satisfied with the print?

We want you to be delighted with our printing services.
Since monitor calibration varies, your job will run to uniform ink levels.

How Many Colour Are Included in the Price?

Every product has it’s own price calculator that gives an instant quote.

FOR LARGE-RUN OR CUSTOM ORDERS, OUR QUOTE WILL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL COLOUR REQUIREMENTS

CAN I MAKE MY ENVELOPE 2 COLOURS AND WILL I SAVE MONEY?

IF you select a colour option that does not match your file, your order will be rejected.
We will request that you send a new file that matches your order selection, or that you place a new order with the accurate colour selection.

CAN I get a proof more my print job?

We will send you a digital proof for you to approve before we move to print.
For a hard proof, please contact us and we can arrange it for you.
There may be additional costs associated for hard proofs.

How do i order sizes that are not listed on the website?

When placing an order we will print the corresponding size that is selected.
If you can’t find the size you are looking for, please contact us and we can provide you with a custom quote.

CAN i PAY YOU AFTER MY ORDER HAS PRINT?

Unfortunately we must receive payment before any printing has begun.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
We also accept Paypal payments.

CAN YOU DESIGN MY ARTWORK?

Yes, please contact us with your request and we can work out the details together.

I NEED TO STOP THE PRESSES!

This term is a myth.
Once the production process begins, there is no turning back.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your order has shipped you will receive an invoice email with your tracking number.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN OR WHERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER? (LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS ONLY)

When your order has completed production and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or a phone call.
Feel free to reach out to use for a status update on your order.
Normal pickup hours are (Monday – Friday) 8:30am-5:00pm.
