Welcome to All Star Envelopes & Printing. By placing an order through our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before submitting artwork or confirming a job.


  1. Trade-Only Services

All Star Envelopes & Printing operates strictly as a trade-only envelope printer. We work exclusively with resellers, brokers, and print professionals. We will never solicit or contact your clients directly.


  1. Artwork & File Responsibility

All artwork must be provided in print-ready format (PDF file type).

Files must include proper bleeds, crop marks, and embedded fonts.

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their artwork, including spelling, content, image resolution, and layout.

We are not responsible for errors in supplied files.


  1. Proofing & Approvals

Digital proofs will be sent prior to moving order into production.

Production begins only after proof approval.

Approval of proofs releases us from responsibility for any errors, including spelling, color, or layout issues not identified by the customer.


  1. ColoUrs & Print Variations

We use industry-standard printing processes but cannot guarantee exact color matching unless a Pantone (PMS) color is specified and ordered as a Pantone match job.

Slight color shifts between print runs, stocks, or printing methods (digital vs. offset) are normal and not considered defects.


  1. Turnaround Times

Standard production times vary by job type and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Rush service may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.

Delays caused by late artwork, file corrections, or proof approvals are not included in turnaround estimates.


  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

We offer blind shipping and white-label packaging to protect your client relationship.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


  1. Custom Work & Envelope Conversion

Custom envelopes, flat print & convert jobs, and specialty finishing are subject to unique production timelines.

Once custom production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


  1. Payments

All orders must be prepaid unless prior credit arrangements have been approved.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed on our website.

Orders will not proceed into production until payment has been received.


  1. Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of printing, refunds are not available once a job has entered production.

If an order is defective due to our error, we will reprint or replace the job at no cost.

Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the order.

We are not responsible for customer-supplied errors (typos, low-resolution images, incorrect sizes, etc.).


  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the job in question. We are not liable for lost profits, business losses, client dissatisfaction, or any indirect damages resulting from errors, delays, or defective products.


  1. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you represent that you own the rights to use all content or have obtained proper authorization. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements related to customer-supplied files.


  1. Privacy & Data Protection

All client data, shipping information, and artwork are treated as confidential. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for full details.


  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.


  1. Changes to Terms

All Star Envelopes & Printing reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
